Obviously not a national precedent, but are they saying 2 party consent laws are unconsitutional?

Oddly it was backwards. Over the telephone its one party for some reason. This was about all party consent in public not needed

But what's the context or case?
I'm apparently not online enough to recognize this person by name

IIRC this was the Project Veritas guy who did interviews with pharma shills under false pretenses (promises of bussy-blasting by honeypots, and the like) and got them expose secrets about the truth of COVID, how they plan to exploit weak-willed customers, etc.
Shit went off the rails not long after they bagged a major Pfizer exec; seems like that one reeeeeEeEeEeally rattled the pharma bois. Anyone know the name of that BIPOC and whatever happened to him after that night? Pretty sure he's dead, he was scrubbed from all websites the day after it happened.

That video will tell you all you need to know
Hes a closeted dramanaught who gets hot chicks or dudes to go out on dates with neurodivergents who shouldn't be anywhere near a reporter. Then they spill the beans on super secret shit and he posts the videos.
The case was about whether or not he could record them
