In most sane jurisdictions you need to show that you attempted to resolve the matter before you are even allowed to sue someone. This prevent randos from just farting out 100 cases and wasting everyone's time.
So everyone that works for me has explicit instructions to tell them that this is not the right address and they should talk to me instead.
