I actually think they are right, he would be at great risk. There are plenty of good reasons to hate him.

I actually went to his subreddit, and he seems to become more of a guru type person, giving life advice, talking about dangers of modern world like AI, and such. It may be that most Redditors are just ignorant to the business he does, or just know about the charity part. He seems to have very good PR on Reddit, that's for sure.

I also vaguely recognize bunch of oil magnates, as in I'm familiar with their names enough that i would recognize them if I saw their name online, but wouldn't be able to recall their name on spot. Iirc the most expensive ones have either
