everyone knows that cs has had the largest amount of cheaters

thankfully valve are insanely good at spotting them

and by insanely good I mean insanely r-slurred to the point of satire

in yet another fiasco they have currently a mass detection of cheaters and are banning people like crazy

unfortunately, it is not the cheaters who are banned but completely innocent people

for the xth time this year

EDIT: FWIW I've heard from quite a few different people that a large amount of legit players are getting hit in this banwave so I'm not sure what's going on...

upd #1 Some people write that they received a ban without updating the drivers and having an AMD driver. But most still updated Nvidia at night. Don't worry, the more people got banned, and they got a LOT, the more likely it is that you will be unbanned like everyone else.

✔️VAC/GAME BAN - DON'T WORRY✔️

We all know that players are experiencing issues related to game bans or Vac after the latest update. I know this is a very complicated and disappointing situation, as we, players who do not use cheats, want to build a community where the use of cheats is less and less. But that doesn't justify any kind of comment saying that the bans were right, especially because they weren't. We have countless cases (now with over 3M open discussions) of people who actually don't use any kind of cheating and have also been banned.

Of course, many cheaters were also banned, but the issue to be analyzed is that many players who do not use any type of cheat were also banned for no apparent reason, after yesterday's update.

There have been episodes similar to this in the past where bans were handed out due to a bug or incompatibility with drivers or even internal game settings, and this, historically, was resolved and the bans were reversed.

What we have left for now is to wait for a statement from the company in this regard, as well as the reversal of these bans.

UPDATE #1 - There are always people who want to somehow attract attention and be funny in any type of publication. It turns out that, whether we like it or not, there were several unfair bans. So just stop typing as if everyone got banned fairly. Stop trying to be funny, you're just commenting on this kind of thing because luckily it didn't happen to you. But nothing stops it from happening too! Take care!

UPDATE #2 - This situation is very complicated, my friend. I know it's pretty disappointing to log into your account and see that you have a game ban or VAC on file. What we have left is to wait until this whole situation is resolved, because what I'm seeing happen are people who, until this morning, had no bans, are being punished and having their bans registered for now. The number of banned people continues to grow, apparently when you enter CS2 the ban can come. So what I recommend to everyone: DO NOT OPEN CS2. Wait until this situation is resolved!

HAHAHAHA Valve are so r-slurred it is not even funny this is like the fifth false ban wave this year
