You cant prove a negative all i can say is that one iffy comment once doesnt deprive you of your right to trial by jury (no he didnt have a trial by jury he was ruled guilty without trial. They only did the damages portion by jury)

He wasn't deprived of that. He waved it by refusing to participate in discovery. He literally got caught on the stand with holding information. Anyways, I have better things to do today than argue with somebody who doesn't even know the basic facts of the case and is just screaming the equivalent of "state lines" like some shitlib.

His was the most extensive Discovery in history. Whether or not he withheld Discovery does not deprive you of your jury rights. Juries are allowed to infer in that case. A judge should not have the right to deprive you of a jury trial no matter what.
