Girl stalks coworker (“twin flame”), he gives her every indication he's not interested in her, calls her creepy in front of her friend

Twin flame told me I was creepy, how do I even get over that humiliation?

My TF and I are in a one month no contact separation (due to university shutting down for winter), we normally work together in a lab. I said goodbye to him about 10 days ago on our last day, and when I said goodbye, he wouldn't even turn around to talk to me, so I had said bye to the back of his head.

I wasn't expecting to see him again for a month but last night I went to a local restaurant with a friend. I looked over and realized my TF was at this same restaurant with a group. Not unexpected as we both live in town. He was far enough away and I ignored him and thought he hadn't seen me and so I carried on talking. Usually he ignores me in university social settings. (I could however, feel him, like I can when he's physically near me.)

However, this time he came over to my table and I thought he was going to say “hi”. But the words out of his mouth was: “what are you doing here? I don't understand what you're doing here. I didn't think you could afford to eat here.” I motioned over to my friend who was going to be paying. At this point I'm still thinking my TF was going to eventually say “hi” (we used to be great friends). Then he said: “the fact that you're eating at the my favorite restaurant tells me you're creepy.” Then he walks away.

I didn't know this was his favorite and his hangout. I had been interested for months in eating there and my friend had agreed.

I hadn't said anything in reply but had just stared in shock. After he walked away my friend said “what an egotistical jerk”. I didn't finish my meal and we left soon after.

I feel humiliated, this was basically my TF accusing me of stalking, and I'm so embarrassed that I haven't been able to talk to my friend who witnessed this, nor anyone. I have to go back to work with this guy next month.

Will she get the hint and move on?
