They are Austin, Texascels who drank California grade wokism but didn't have ANY of the California chuds or safety rails to rein in their bullshit and quickly alienated their fanbase.

One of my favourites was Lindsey Jones, a married woman in her thirties with two children who one day decided to go by "she/them" pronouns. B-word you're doing the school run you don't get to choose your pronouns.

She was also the reason I stopped consuming core RT content and cancelled my FIRST subscription a few years ago, when she finished a podcast by saying "help protect our Asian friends, stop white supremacy". B-word I don't think it's white supremacists who were beating up Asians.

They must put something in the water in Austin, those dudes all went r-slurred.

>"help protect our Asian friends, stop white supremacy"

B-word forgets that Asians are themselves the biggest White supremacists for a reason:

Not enough views, mostly

Achievement Hunter had some videos pop off after announcement they're shutting down (I think, didn't watch it), but before that, they were floating between 10-50k views per video

Funhaus? Around 50k/video

Inside Gaming was mostly sub 10k, on a channel with 1.2m subscribers

Very common for old channels, at some point, you stop growing as people simply don't need to watch 6th year of you doing a gimmick/having a parasocial internet friend, and the views start going down. Not good when you have dozens of employees. Reinventing yourself rarely works, loads of people will be alienated because many were still there for your gimmick, if you lose one of the OG's it's even worse since the people who were there for parasocial reasons leave too.

I still feel bad for them, they were one of the first big YT channels, made lots of stuff, employed lots of people, hosted lots of shows at RTX

all the actually funny people got ran out of town over money related things or being s*x pests. then they decided that virtue signaling was more important than good content.

I still say that Ryan did nothing wrong. He slept with fans and it was all consensual because they all agreed to meet him in hotel rooms. He was like a rockstar with groupies.

There's this consensus that Ryan targeted underage woman but I think the only case was a girl actively lying to him about her age, the rest were just 18-22 year olds. There was also one girl who I'll likely never be able to find info on again but she had like 2 tweets about the thing where she was like "yea I knew he was married and didnt care, it was all consensual" and that was it. Only woman worth making an exception for in the FightFor25
