How does one make a successful xitter bait account?

Baiting on reddit is ez, get free karma and through the nature of subreddits people are guaranteed to see your shitpost

Twitter however works on and algorithm and a "hit tweet" is like some unholy lottery. Why work so hard on my bait if it'll just be forgotten? :marseygiveup:
