What I don't understand is where these tards get the money in the first place, it was the same during the shitcoin/nft thing, tons of idiots losing everything on this shit and I can't parse how people dumb enough to invest in jpegs and animal coins had all that money, where the frick did they get it?

Often from family, which is how they end up being the laughing stock of the family after their little "investor" loses the parents retirement fund

People were buying crypto/nfts on credit cards.

All the people riding around in a car you can't figure out how they afford has an 84 or 96 month payment with little or no down payment. Car dealers will find a lender if it's possible in any way. They don't care what it cost you

It's so weird to know that the person driving in 10x more expensive car than mine is 10x poorer.

If you walk in to buy a new car and you go to pay for it, they ask you how much you want to pay a month. It's amazing. β€œOh I don't want to pay much a month!” 96 month loan, who cares about interest!

Best thing about student loans is you always have some 18 year old r-slur to apply and then you can promise them you will forgive them and the dumb fricks will always believe you

I have some sympathy towards people with student loans since they set out down that path when they're literal teenagers and don't know anything about anything.

Uni should be unavailable to people who haven't spent at least 3 years working tbh so that they're both old enough to make good choices and have some experience with the working world to decide if they really do wanna study for that literature degree.

It should be for people who will do well once they enter the school, that's the real problem
