My bet is that it is terrorism of sorts, but not Muslim or right-wing or left-wing terrorism. No, the person who is responsible for this deed is undoubtedly furious about people trying to do Christmas stuff in November. There's no other likely motive here and I would like to point out how odd it is to have such a parade so early in the first place. Not saying they asked for it or anything but it's kind of like a woman wearing a short skirt and walking down dark alleyways at night while visibly drunk.
