Personal drama What the frick am I supposed to fix?

Going through notes I was asked to fix and I don't know what the frick is wrong. One of the highlighted parts is ‘Patient is a pleasant female with prior family history of breast cancer (stage IV) in her natal sister and history of breast cancer (stage II) in adoptive sister.' I literally see nothing wrong. There were quite a few with typos that are easily fixed but is this seriously why you call back somebody that hasn't worked with you for over a year???

I have a 2nd degree in psychology, would just need a few more classes to get a masters in social work, focused on positive psychology of depressed patients and worked in the mental ward during IM residency so I think I'm pretty good at knowing what trauma is.

I'm fairly open about getting my degree in biochemistry. There really aren't that many classes needed and we have to fill up our schedule so everybody took bullshit psych classes. Turns out it's not that difficult to get a near masters in social work.
