No one really knows, so everything that you hear on the whereabouts of the post-2020 Dobson is all neurodivergent speculation and theories, including this comment that I have written, all that I remember about Dobson's final posts and reasons to quit, is that he said that the trolls had won and that he was quitting the internet, but for some reason he left his Tumblr and personal site up, so that trolls would not take them over and/or try to impersonate him in the future, and that was it, he had a chat with his few remaining fans of them encouraging him to stay, and Dobson was telling them that such a thing would be useless since total troll victory was achieved and whatnot.

It is heavily speculated that after over 20 years of his comics/animation/internet-related autism and him being an eternally unemployed fat frick leeching off his rich parents while sperging on the internet 24/7, his parents finally had enough of his bullshit, and forced him to quit social media, or else they would kick him off their house and/or stop giving him money, because I mean, if Dobson somehow managed to hold his urge to not post anything on the internet during the 2020 George Floyd/BLM protests (which coincidentally happened like only a few weeks after he left the internet), then it 100% has got to be some kind of external force behind him leaving the internet, there are countless cows that should take a break off the internet for their own sake, butt they just do not know when to quit, nor do they have parental or authority figures that tell them to do so, can you imagine figures like CWC and MovieBlob permanently quitting the internet without some kind of legal order?

A popular theory (that I am not really a fan of) is that his brother (who IIRC, is a successful journo?) lost a job offer at a major media company allegedly due to his familial connections to Dobson, the company looked up his name on the internet, and were overflowed with search results about his r-slurred brother's 20-year infamy on social media dating back to as early as 1999, and how Kiwiggers and trolls had dug up information on the entire Dobson family, the news station obviously got quite freaked out by this, as information on his entire family was public and mocked online, and it would have resulted in potential trolls harassing his brother and the news station, so the media company decided to not hire him, as a result his brother and parents got Super Saiyan levels of rage, and forced him to quit under threats of no more tendies.
