Figured I'd help out last second and fly back to California. Flight connection got cancelled so offered to do telehealth but said I'd be a couple hours late and have to cancel some appointments. Apparently the response is cancel 5 more appointments and just be a peepee to somebody with privileges trying to help out? We didn't even agree on payment outside of the flight they got fully refunded for. I know we're not exactly on good terms given I've fired their best friend, hated her and responded negatively to her getting the job behind her back but she reached out to me and shit just didn't work out. Life happens sometimes.

Are you admitting you're a nurse now?

No, technically a traveling doctor for the hospitals I have privileges at. Flights are way more easy and god forbid I do telehealth at most. Not sure what's stuck up her butt today.

She's probably pissed because you delayed shift change checkins with your fellow nurses and one had to stay late to cover you and catch you up.

I'm flying in out of state, default to me not being there. Doctors are pretty easy fixes, just reschedule the patients next week have people take a switch. I dealt with scheduling for a year and it wasn't exactly hard. It was a pain in the butt but we made it work, especially with traveling doctors.

But it was your shift, not your appointments. Because you are a nurse. A traveling nurse.

I'm a traveling doctor, we kind of work on our schedule guided by our appointments. Nurses dont have appointments outside of rare cases where a CNP needs to see one of our patients.
