They only found remnants of the previous WMD program. Things like areas with higher than normal radiation. They did find a few collections of WMDs, but they had clearly been made years ago, had been forgotten about, and were no longer viable.

Saddam had ended his WMD program, and so the invasion of Iraq was predicated on lies (possibly shitty intel too, but most likely just lies).

The dollar is backed by being the medium for trade of precious resources and Africa has a lot of those, so if geocentric alliance currencies came too prominence that would hurt the dollar.

The wealth of the countries themselves isn't really relevant, except maybe too say that they are critical enough too the dollar that if they had freedom from violent compulsion, they'd prolly be able too extract more wealth from the first world. @Grue love sucking peepee

I'm no fan of Saddam... But do you really believe that horseshit pre-text we used to invade? Sure he's using chemical weapons on the Kurds... so what? Do we intervene in every Humanitarian crisis around the globe? We had no reason to go there in the first place (besides on behalf of Israel) and we used some horseshit chemical weapons thing to give justification....

The same strategy was used with Assad. The Obama admin at the time was itching for war in Syria and using the same excuse, that he gassed his own people. Turned out that whole thing was BULLSHIT.
