I'm so confused. It's the customers responsibility to pay you or is it your employers responsibility? What kind of argument is this? Customers pay a marked price, your job is to serve. Either the business needs to raise that marked price and pay employees market rate or YOU can always quit. The idea that customers should just use other services because they don't want to pay a tip that is inherently an OPTIONAL gratuity is laughable. The worst is most of hypocrites, how many of yall tip your uber drivers? What about the cashiers? You think they make livable wages? (8)

Freedom isn't free snowflake...But if you hate tipping to the point you want to see it eradicated, the only way to do that is to vote with your dollars and take your business elsewhere. Continuing to prop up an industry that relies on tipping for businesses to be profitable while complaining about it is akin to shooting yourself in the foot over and over again while complaining that your foot hurts. You're free to do that, but in reality you're just as much a part of the problem you complaining about if you don't change your behavior. Not tipping won't make tipping go away, silly goose.
