If one were to make accounts that violated lots of subreddits' rules and got banned from random subreddits, then do it again with further accounts to get them suspended for ban evasion, could you someone use these to get a third party suspended by either:

convincing them to log into an account with provided login credentials?

somehow attach your own browser id/ip and reddit cookie information to a link and have them click it?
Maybe I'm just 
but I'm not sure how automated you could make this process so it would be way easier.
