I was talking about the altgirl diminishing returns thing...

A 4 can go all metal and goth and get up to a 7. A 6 goes to an 7 or 8. But an 8 who goes goth stays the same or decreases (depending on tats and piercings).

I think that's just some effort on fashion and makeup which doesn't have to be alt stuff

It doesn't have to be alt stuff... But in general, regular fashion and makeup is something most foids are going for. That's a lot of competition and being naturally beautiful is a huge advantage.

If you're mid and go for an alt genre; You set yourself apart and make a comparison to the norm much more difficult.
