it has a 200ml capacity right

and it comes with a little thing with which to easily fill it right

why does the filler thing have a 100ml capacity

Because you can damage it if you let it run out all the way, so you're supposed to be topping it off - you'd never use the 200 anyway. But the oil can also go bad after being opened, so they don't sell it in larger containers.
