What you've done here is you've bought into the White Supremacist narrative that North European features are desirable and confer respect and a proud man of Latinx heritage like Gomez de Adán (presumably he or his ancestors felt the need to change their name to something more Anglicised upon arriving in the US: this is again deeply problematic) should be ashamed of his dusky Mediterranean features.
