that's not an unreasonable conclusion, it's way too large scale and sophisticated (accurate targeting by name to young BIPOCS) to be volunteer trolls working for lulz, that would be simpler like texting the g*mer word to every number in the Detroit or Chicago area codes

not necessarily Russia but likely a hostile state actor trying to turn the anti-trump protests into race riots
