Note this applies to an individual award. If you apply, say, 1 PENETRATOR and try to give a bulk set of 30 One-Day Bans, only one will not deflect. You would need to apply 30 PENETRATORS to make them all connect.
You can also now view your remaining Deflector time and how many PENETRATORS you have applied on your profile. No one else can see this classified military intel, only you.

yeah but deflectors are priced low enough to a level that allows relatively poor people to keep up and when both parties have it, everything gets deflected and nothing happens, hence local parity is reached in 90-99% of all david versus goliath scenarios
