She's the other chick from Gossip Girl, who somehow ended up being the only person with a real career (sort of) from the show despite never having been able to act at all.
And the story isn't interesting because of her (because she is, as you suggested, terminally boring), it's interesting because of the cancel/reverse-cancel drama.
