I really want to avoid adderall if I can help it.
Some context: I actually managed to get an adderall prescription but I'm scared to take it I don't like taking medications, I don't even take stuff like Tylenol unless absolutely necessary. I need something though I feel like I can't keep up at work

I tried this before and it did nothing, coffee tends to make me feel more sleepy too.
