I really want to avoid adderall if I can help it.
Some context: I actually managed to get an adderall prescription but I'm scared to take it I don't like taking medications, I don't even take stuff like Tylenol unless absolutely necessary. I need something though I feel like I can't keep up at work

I don't think it's good for you long term, it's basically meth!

Depends on how much you take. I have a prescription for 10mg twice a day, but I only take one around 10am.
It's very important to get good sleep each night too because you don't want to be using it as a crutch to power through sleep deprivation. That's how your mind will get a lil over time.

How long have you been taking adderall?

Almost 10 years. I didn't take it for 2 years, and that wasn't a good idea.

Do you feel like it's made you more cold/soulless? And what about the come down, do you get upset or angry?

I was born soulless.
No. Sometimes, a little tired, but it goes away after 30-60 minutes. My job is partly at the desk and partly walking the floor, so the physical activity probably counteracts it. During my more stationary job, I'd feel more tired, but it wasn't bad.
If I were to take 20mg at a time, my brain would be like this but with a Marsey instead. It's too jittery, but 10mg is fine. 5mg is .
