While this is objectively a relatively harmless happening, there exist several dangerous possible knock-on chains of effect that would lead to the compromise and arrest of tens, if not tens of millions, of active marxist revolutionaries. We need to bombard the FOIA office immediately with requests from all federal agencies about the off-site backup/rally point for former redditors posting in the /r/drama community.

DO NOT post evidence of your requests, responses from agencies or any other such materiel to HB dot net. If you do so, the operation is blown, the trolls will come and HB will get more of the worst sort of attention. > And links back to this site resulting from the operation should be considered counter-revolutionary activity on penalty of death.
DO NOT post anything as part of your requests that links to any of your online personas, usernames, etc, which might heuristically tie you back to your role in the HB digital vanguard.

You used to have to pass a job interview to be able to submit a probationary story to the SCP wiki. It's why they sat at under 1000 for a decade and then suddenly went through a thousands every year. Anti-gatekeeping turned into a tumblr flood.

It was like before you had to be a non-r-slurred actual quality storyteller to contribute, but now its DEMOCRATISED so every r-slur tween can put up a story just to say they did it.

I feel like it's ebbed and flowed over the years. I haven't really ever been SUPER into the foundation, but everything I've heard about the internal politicking looks to me like it was never particularly stringent anyway. They often played favorites.
There was a website some years back, maybe it's still up, that was an archive of the maybe 100 first ever SCP's. Wanna know what one of them was? A super cool customized shotgun with the writer's username engraved on it.
