As far as I could tell from what was discussed openly on television. The management is very bad , makes poor decisions, poor cost control and unfortunately unprofitable. The union , is unrealistic on wages , pensions, time off and a host of other things . Sounds like as a country, we are being fleeced from both sides . (-8)

I mean yeah sort of. What reason do you have for still doing mail billing? It's a thing you have to special request nowadays and for banking and shit you have to actually pay them money to do it. I tried to ask Alectra for a mail bill for proof of address and they said I had to jump through all these mad hoops and I think it costs $10 extra a month or some shit? Like there is no reason to continue to receive bills via mail unless you have some kind of very strange extenuating circumstances or you refuse to use modern technology. (2)
