Yes but you can't very well have an active president in prison or everything immediately falls apart or descends into catastrophic civil war which would actually fix everything right away because no one is going to fight to keep the president locked up
So they're immune to prison while in office
And you can't sentence someone to report to prison in 4 years
So prison is off the table
Fines? You get prison if you don't pay fines so that's not enforceable
Community service? What will they do if he doesn't do it? Can't send him to prison
Probation? What's the penalty for a violation?
Charges were utter nonsense in the first place. I expect a nominal fine and nothing more. Maybe something exotic like a public statement saying he's a poopoo head and trans lives matter.

I thought the case about classified documents or whatever it was had some merit to it since there were pictures of files in his shower but idk much about the other ones except for some kween tried to charge with him with treason or election stuff or something and that was always going nowhere in two weeks.
