There's a large chance he made up everything after the kid insulting him, and even made that worse than it was, then wrote the rest to both make himself look and feel better than the internal seething that was the reality.
But considering how he was dressed and dresses in general, he also looks psycho enough to do something like it. Either way, he thinks telling his hugbox this is what happened makes him look good.
