i'm pretty sure you want to use iron pipe and not 3d printer plastic for that.
however i would not want to stand anywhere near a mortar tube i welded up, because i don't know what TF i'm doing with a welder.

Also, unironically the syrian civil war has given us a blueprint for actually decent, cheap homemade artillery.
Though the shells would only work on american homes tbh. Larger buildings I think have too strong walls and would just shatter or crumple the gas tanks.
