That sub is insane. I guess you could profit off it if you're smart? But so much of it seems to be scammers. And even if you profit slightly off a couple loans, all it takes is one $500 loss to negate it.

As long as your expected interest is >500, you can do local loans in person and follow them around for the rest of the day so you know where they sleep.
