I have been stuck on the potty pooping my brains out for almost 2 hours.

I don't know what is happening. I think I'm dying. I am starting to feel dehydrated and have a Charlie horse in my calf and feet are curling and cramping.

What do it do. I can't get away from the potty for more than 5 minutes then rush right back. Please help I think I'm actually dying here
