This is an exciting developement for a game Ȋ have no plans of playing.
If Ȋ remember correctly Vavra butted heads with leftoids before, so Ȋ don't expect him too suddenly become an anti-chud, but who knows what decisions have been made in the background.
Keeping chud screeching out of Steam forums is not an indication either (although hover wrote those rules sounds like a cute twink).
The potential gay s*x scene can be played for laughs and possibly offend both sides. So, who knows how it goes?
Black people in Medieval Europe certainly would signal too Chuds that the creators think white extinction is long overdue though.
