I get up whenever I naturally awake, sometimes it can be after 12 hours sleep sometimes 5, today it was 6 and I always feel good and not sleepy throughout the day.

It's 0°C today, I'm dreading the cold shower, I barely flinch now, however today I think I'll treat myself and curse out an ethnic group, how exciting.

What job do you have that allows you to get up whenever you want?

We likely share some fricked genes in regards to sleep. I've had days where I just straight up don't and feel amazing too.

I think my weird sleep pattern is due to trauma I've been recovering from, I've sleeped more since I've recovered only took 4/5 years, well I feel like I have as I tend to start the day with more confidence and direction, there's this spark to the day.

I think the key was just remaining postive like completely removing all bad thoughts before they have a chance to even take root.

A pronia of sorts like faking it till you make it but you actually make it each time.

Hey it's a classical trauma response no need to feel ashamed for me it was my GF leaving me "involuntarily", via an accident on the way to work. Blamed myself for it and felt I needed to somehow redeem myself for it despite having no control. Started a new career helping people and have actually slept most nights ever since.
