For the record I could go file a police report right now. This doesn't mean anything... YET

Sadly, it probably doesn't mean anything. Not because it's just the stage of filing a police report, which yes, isn't proof of anything. But more so because the allegation probably doesn't meet the definition of a crime anyways. I'd have to look into it again, but the last I had seen, what had been criminalized in many places was "revenge porn", i.e. maliciously publishing nudes online. Just sharing with your friend who shared to a friend who may or may not be the one to have uploaded it isn't illegal.

Edit: After reading the article linked on the Reddit post, it helpfully quotes the girl herself as making two claims, neither of which are for crimes, but rather for torts. One is on the federal level and the other is on the state level for Florida. Here's the Florida one:

As I mentioned before, it probably fails point 1 because he was just sharing to another girl he was flirting with or whatever. Publication here has more in mind releasing to the public.

The Federal law is a bit more complicated as it requires Federal jurisdiction in the first place and therefore seemingly needs the act to somehow affect interstate commerce. Although, I'm also aware that the 'interstate commerce' clause is largely a joke and pretty much anything qualifies, so maybe that's not a hurdle. Otherwise, this law does seem to apply unlike the Florida one:

There's also the requirement that the person be identifiable and, if this is the girl someone mentioned by identified by her tattoo, then this is presumably satisfied as well:

I'm wondering if she would have a case for emotional distress and loss of income (if she can prove it). I don't think he will be arrested, but I'm sure she got loads of haters harassing her stream (I assume she streams?) and if it affected her income or mental state to work, I wonder if she could get money. I feel like she will get money out of him, and he will learn absolutely nothing from this. lol

I'll say that I have no idea what Pxie has done for work in the past, I know she has tried Youtube/Streaming in various amounts but that never amounted to anything. Don't know if she held a regular job before or after these leaks.

I think just before the leaks surfaced Pxie was trying to start up a podcast called Sugar and Spice with her friend who goes by Straighterade. I don't know exactly why but it fizzled out pretty quickly.

https://youtube.com/@SugarSpicePod/streams A total of three streams, the best performing one got 1.7K views

This conversation took place mid December last year, and Straighterade said Pxie's money situation was so tight that she couldn't pay back $147 she owed. https://i.rdrama.net/images/1737683648Nyi8W2THUMg6bA.webp

Pxie seems like a weak b-word. I wouldn't be surprised if she took the money from her grift and that obnoxious broad notSoErudite AKA Maxwell 2.0 for Destiny convinces her to drop out. Cuz the person you should take advice from is the goon deployed by the guy you're going to sue for money. :marseyclown3: That Pxie b-word is not smart.

I'm not aware of anyone who was identified by a tattoo. The woman suing Destiny under these statutes was identified because you could see her face in profile as she slobbed on Destiny's knob, along with distinguishing birthmarks on her shoulder.

ooh you are right! I said tattoo and misremembered. I just remember KF identified her by her birthmark originally because her hair was covering her face IIRC.

I guess I'd need to dig into this shit more. One of the girls that has been discussed in connection with Destiny was apparently identified by her tattoo. I really couldn't tell you which one, lol. I may have read it here or on KF. But I'm more interested in if there's any viable case against Destiny. As I said, it seems like the Federal one could go somewhere, at least, because the 'interstate commerce' aspect is famously a joke and the other elements only need you disclosing it to someone, not publicly, like in the case of Florida.

Edit: Or maybe I confused the mention of a birthmark with a tattoo. Idk.
