I think the biggest issue for Destiny is that if this were to go into discovery, it could mean he has to turn over all sorts of chat logs. How many more videos of women has he spread around without the knowledge or consent of those women? could evidence collected in discovery in one case be used as grounds for lawsuits by other women? Could this become a class-action case?
It could snowball pretty quickly. I don't know where Destiny's head is at (probably in between another guy's legs), but he might consider settling if only for that risk.

Sadly, it probably doesn't mean anything. Not because it's just the stage of filing a police report, which yes, isn't proof of anything. But more so because the allegation probably doesn't meet the definition of a crime anyways. I'd have to look into it again, but the last I had seen, what had been criminalized in many places was "revenge porn", i.e. maliciously publishing nudes online. Just sharing with your friend who shared to a friend who may or may not be the one to have uploaded it isn't illegal.

I'll say that I have no idea what Pxie has done for work in the past, I know she has tried Youtube/Streaming in various amounts but that never amounted to anything. Don't know if she held a regular job before or after these leaks.
