Some simp gave her $10k for her lawsuit. She has $28k, but I still don't personally think she has enough to go after someone with money. But she's a clout chasing ho so she might realize all the attention she will get by going through with it and suddenly she won't want to kill herself anymore. She will go the path of adept though because all these ho orbiters of his are boring on their own and fall into obscurity when they bite the hand that feeds them. Suicide might still be on the table but much later.

I think the biggest issue for Destiny is that if this were to go into discovery, it could mean he has to turn over all sorts of chat logs. How many more videos of women has he spread around without the knowledge or consent of those women? could evidence collected in discovery in one case be used as grounds for lawsuits by other women? Could this become a class-action case?
It could snowball pretty quickly. I don't know where Destiny's head is at (probably in between another guy's legs), but he might consider settling if only for that risk.

I'm guessing he will settle and she will get money for it. Probably be something like the Dr Disrespect thing where neither will be able to comment, but this Pxie chick will suddenly disappear. People will follow her at first to see what she says, but none of these orbiters of his are interesting on their own.
