Yes, that's one of the only things that worked for me. It's perfect for those too tired to sleep nights. And I only took I dunno, half a dose or less. Maybe it was a just a placebo but it worked. :marseyshrug:

Don't get ZZZQuil tho. It's literally just a couple doses of benadryl.

what dose of melatonin? due to patents, most stuff uses doses of >1mg, but for me it only works in 0.3-0-8mg range
