The problem with the second option is while
ing out, which it basically involves, only seems as easy as slapping on a wig. It actually requires far more socialising in those spaces so that other

The cure for these fake illnesses is to like find out what their phobia is and exploit it for their own good if it's something mundane like snakes or spiders.
Some of them are truly delusional and not consciously aware their illness is innately somatic until you plant a spider in their bed while their having a "pseudo seizure" which is impervious to reality until that reality includes their arachnophobia at the same time.
