John Stewart has always been based in his own right. I don't agree with him politically but he isn't a hack and stays consistent, which I can respect. I see his cringy performances as an affectation of the late night comedy shows of yore.

Even if I think Jon Stewart had his libtard moments. His consistency and belief in what's right does make me respect him. Sad because that's what you think most people would have, some sense of conviction but that's a rare trait.
