How do you reconcile this with Trump and Republicans calling everything radical leftist socialist communist marxist fascist, and holding all levers of power?

I think the calls of fascism/Nazism (not the same thing BTW, whatever) are more prevalent than those calling Democrats Marxist.

Republican rightoids seem to more often use generic name-calling (crooked etc.), or calling things woke, DEI, while leftists focus very strongly on fascist/death of democracy angle.
