Just received an email from the CEO of the company (not sure if I was supposed to receive this message) that they want to proceed with my termination.
For some context, this is an account management role and I have 4+ years of experience with me being a top seller and performer at the companies I've worked for. The reason I took this role is because I started my own company and wanted something stable in the meantime, and my previous employer lowballed my commission so I left.
I started this new job at the beginning of January and ever since I made a minor mistake in my email, my manager has been micromanaging me about what to say in my emails, how to talk, what time I need to be logged on, and so on. To be honest I've never been micromanaged in this way and it only started happening last week. But I want to know if you guys think this is a valid reason to be let go?
Call center slave self-suck or actually an average Sales r-slur?

good engineers are both severely neurodivergent and realistic about the relative value of engineers vs everyone else on the call![:marseyxd: :marseyxd:](https://i.rdrama.net/e/marseyxd.webp)

This fricker is such an unfathomably terrible employee, he somehow managed to get himself fired by a French company for slacking off, being rude, and giving clients/customers incorrect information.![:marseymindblown: :marseymindblown:](https://i.rdrama.net/e/marseymindblown.webp)

Feels.
I have hundreds of unread messages because there's so MANY pointless emails coming in, I end up missing ones that actually apply to me.
Daily safety question, daily safety newsletter, weekly safety audit, weekly fleet score, weekly digest, monthly company-wide call, monthly digest, monthly audit, "the printer on the second floor of a building you aren't allowed in is broken", United Way campaigns, wellness bullshit, "training sessions" on how to login to whatever new bullshit they're doing now, Workday tasks, Citrix maintenance, it never fricking ends

Stop signing up for random bullshit. I've had my email for 10 years and I get zero spam.

They're all work-related emails, originating from various departments of my employer. We cannot set filters, either.
I'm a darn industrial electrician. I don't care that the """wellness champion applications""" are due February 3rd, but I've received half a dozen emails about it. I'm getting kinda tired of getting emails like that while I'm crawling around in an interstitial doing the work that paid for their fancy height-adjustable desk.
When I get "spam", it's actually a cybersecurity test by the IT department, making sure I'm not dumb enough to click a phishing link.

If you work for a big corporation with IT systems that involve a lot of automated tasks, you won't sign up for shit and you will get 10,000 emails a day from the system because r-slurs in management always make you implement an automated email in every single program because they think literally anyone at all is ever going to click on one of them and react to it (which never, ever happens).
I have several dozen outlook rules routing all of it to the trash.

The weirdest and most pointless I've had to deal with are emails that celebrate a bunch of upper management's birthdays. As if I have a reason to care about some lady in another state who will literally never interact with me. I'm not even sure if one needs to sign up somewhere to be featured in these emails. Reeks or narcisism

Lmao he worked there for less than a month. You need to at least build up a reputation of being a decent worker before you can start acting weird and slacking off
