Hr is based because they get the ick and limit the amount of aspies at my company.
These aspies then found their own companies, keeping normies like myself employed.
Without HR foids this country wouldn't have new businesses. It would just be like Korea where everyone is trying to prestigemax in the same company

You need a tactical amount of spergs in technical roles at your company for maximum efficiency though. Too much HR interference could mean that an neurodivergent/jeet/uggo who'd might be useful gets filtered out just because Becky wouldn't frick them.
