So many people don't realize that when you're a frequent binge drinker then go dry for a period, your body craves sugar because it's so used to getting it constantly as a byproduct of trying to process the alcohol you've been consuming. And if course because they've made no attempt to actually develop self control, they're just on a dry drunk and they end up binge-eating as a replacement for binge drinking.
