Is it narcissistic for slaves forced into gladiator battles to not want to fight? Even if millions of people watching get frustrated if they don't see it? Sometimes the needs of the few can outweigh those of the many. And yes this was an extreme example but there is still a difference between clinical depression and being a bit pissed over having to change your language.
I don't think they should be a third category because that neither respects biosex nor sociopsychological gender. It also sort of alienates them.

The vast majority of people see them as connected or the same. So yes, forcing people to lie is an underhanded psyop.

Depression over self-centered demands not being met should be addressed by learning to accept reality: you can't control what other people think, not this reactive idea that everyone should think differently just because you get depressed if they don't. A sign of stalled maturity is believing the world needs to revolve around you.

Just because it's a social construct it doesn't mean that it shouldn't be changed. In some cultures women are treated like property. Now western society is changing the construct specifically to single out and discriminate against

How do we deal with those
s? How do we tell them apart from the other

s don't stop at where you think are reasonable limits, and your idea is to ask them what else they want or need. What requests or demands do you think are too far? What concession to stop them 'feeling depressed' is something you would say no to?
