i think the upward arch of his right eyebrow gives the face a questioning or searching bent and pushes it over into accusing (on first glance i labeled it "suspicion"). the tightness of the eyelids (esp. lower eyelid) is what indicates tension and rules out disappointment or depression but it's the eyebrow that indicates the guy is waiting for a response
