they always say this but for some reason the difference of perspectives only ever exists along racial lines and never economic lines lol.
"we need more white guys from the trailer park" said no wokie ever. Even though the perspective of an upper class black guy is going to be very similar to an upper class white guy.
the biggest issue with "diversity" is it doesn't actually make any sense - forcing it makes sense if there exists some kind of bias against people from marginalized groups, but there doesn't seem to be one currently, nobody can prove one exists, yet they still try to force a very narrow brand of diversity that just so happens to greatly favor white women and black women.
