Yes. The arbitrage opportunity exists because the USPS subsidizes crazy cheap shipping from China and boomers and zoomers don't understand how computers work so they can't go find the same crap on AliExpress for 90% less.

And you can actually cause A LOT of Drama on Tiktok, 9gag, Instagram etc. by posting links to the same product the dropshipper tries to sell on Aliexpress.

Because then all the upkong-bots etc. he payed were for nothing. I did it a few times on 9gag. Posted a nice fat screenshot to Aliexpress, showing how the "90 Dollar Gadget" is actually 5 Dollar shit. Got sooooo many angry messages.

Temuslop was on etsy as "homemade goods" but when etsy crashed and the cash dried up, the scammers literally took to the streets to try and out compete the artists there too
