No assimilation. I am of Indian heritage and while I never grew up in India, I think the south Asian behaviour is disgusting. No one assimilates. Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs. They are all the same in this regard. I never watched NFL for example in US since I am a football fan. But at least, English was the primary language of communication in my social groups.
