Anyone who thinks anyone gets fired for being 1 minute late has not been in the workforce long enough. The people who need to be fired always find some stupid bullshit to latch onto as to why they got fired instead of the real reason (this guy probably sucked at his job)

Tbh we do fire people for this.
Not for years, but like 5 months ago they started enforcing the policy pretty hard.
But its a long process - 4 offenses in a month for a coaching, next 4 is a verbal, next 4 is a written, next 4 suspended, next 4 fired.
