Long story short, I met a guy from grindr 10 years older than me. He was the daddy type.
He said he needed the money because he was short on rent. Which wasn't a lot. I was hesitant because I hadn't done it before, but I thought he was also kinda into the fun, but with extra money.

Sounds like he wanted to blow a straight guy who was saying that was something you could do for cash. Common porn theme, paying someone to do something sexual that they wouldn't ordinarily do.
But instead of being hot and the guy secretly getting in to it or whatever he imagined, the john just realised he'd hired a broke prostitute to do something seedy and degrading.
Porn =/= real life, and now he feels like shit.
